RSVP to Attend Maria Angela Lachapelle's Visitation

Please complete the form below for all individual guests who wish to attend the visitation service for Maria Lachapelle (in person) in the Reception Centre at Park Memorial Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 1, 2021. Please note that in light of the current COVID-19 restrictions, you will choose a 15 minute visitation window. This time is firm both in its start as well as in its end, so that we can safely welcome you and those who loved Maria, while also complying with current restrictions. You will see an “add guest” button if more than one person will be attending.

Please do not arrive prior to your assigned time. At the end of your 15 minute time slot, you will be asked to exit to your vehicle so that we can sanitize for the next group of guests. Please avoid lingering in the parking lot, as this can be perceived as a gathering.

You will receive an email confirmation which includes a recap of our Park Memorial COVID-19 safety measures as well as a map and directions to our location.

You can view Maria's obituary and leave condolences for their family at www.parkmemorial.com.

*Please note that the software platform being used for this registration process was selected by Park Memorial because of its user-friendly interface and because it offers the processes needed to make this visitation registration as manageable as possible for the family of your loved one during a difficult time. This platform is a platform typically used to help events professionals with their event ticketing and registration process.

As such, please note that when all spaces have been filled for your loved one's visitation time slot, the registration will say 'Sold Out'. Although we have asked if the wording can be edited to better reflect the filling of a time slot, we have discovered that, unfortunately, this is one feature of this platform that cannot be changed.

This is not Park Memorial's choice of verbiage, as nothing is being sold. This platform is meant to provide grieving families and friends the opportunity to easily register for a time to see their loved one in a time when funeral attendance has been restricted due to the pandemic. Given the sensitivity of the nature in which we serve, we understand that this wording is not ideal. We hope you may understand that we do not mean to cause disrespect with this wording. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause and we will continue working from our end to see if the wording can be updated to better reflect the sensitivity of the funeral profession in which we serve.

Almost done. Where should we send the confirmation?
